Stora Enso granskar avtal med AI
Bolagsjurister har överlag inte visat samma intresse för AI-verktyg som advokater. Vid svenska pappers- och massakoncernen har man nu inlett försöksverksamhet med Londonbaserade Thoughtriver.
- We are pleased to collaborate with ThoughtRiver and look forward to working together. We have been looking at AI for while but this is the first application we have seen that promises to do the initial reviews and pre-screening that hopefully fits our processes, säger Christian Swartling, Lead Counsel, i en kommentar.
Thoughtrivers verktyg beräknar risk baserat på företagets policies och uppmärksammar jurister på avtal som kan behöva mänsklig granskning. Företaget grundades i London 2016 och har idag ca 20 medarbetare.
